MEDIATION FEE SCHEDULE 2025

FLAT FEE HALF-DAY - $350.00 per Party* FLAT FEE FULL DAY - $700 per Party*

"Party” means all individuals or entities represented by the same attorney or firm.

NORMAL SCHEDULE

HALF DAY AM is 9 AM to 1 PM / HALF DAY PM is 1 PM to 5 PM

FULL DAY MEDIATION is 9 AM to 5 PM

“ADDITIONAL TIME”: Beyond scheduled session is billed at $200 per hour/ per party.

Payment must be made the day before mediation
